ITEM: After a charity game at Yost Arena last week between NHLers and the U.S. National under-18 team, the locked-out pros had nothing better to do than crash
some dumb University of Michigan house party. I attended a few U of M parties when I was an actual college student, and it wasn't even any fun then. I can't imagine enjoying myself even a little if I'd had the kind of alternatives pro sports money can provide. The players and fratboy dopes were joined by Kid Rock and Tara Reid, who was reportedly dating Sergei Fedorov, at least until he took her to a fucking frat party.
ITEM: Snoopy got 19 penalty minutes and a 10-minute misconduct in
yesterday's Peanuts (originally published on December 13, 1970, when the aforementioned Sergei Fedorov turned one).
ITEM: Brett Hull evidently appeared with Colin Farrell on SNL this weekend, but I can't find anything about it online. Anybody see it? I only got home in time to see Farrell slip some obscenity into his closing remark. Fook the FCC!
