Zambonis played in New York last night, and a heck of a time was had by all. As you can see from the photos posted below, they redesigned the Hockey Monkey's get-up. He used to wear a traditional gorilla costume of the type you might don to deliver a balloon bouquet and an engagement ring to your poor, unfortunate girlfriend at her shitty office job. Now he wears a custom-made monkey suit based on
James Kochalka's doodles. It looks great — and it's more taxonomically sound, gorillas are apes, not monkeys.
